The LAW of LOVE
The Emergent/New Age/Coffee-drinking legalists are at it again. While they profess that they believe in grace they are really modern day Pharisees with nice glasses. If only those glasses could help them see!
My fellow genuine Christians, these wolves in sheep’s clothing who confess grace with their mouths are slaves to the law. One out-of-the-closet Emergent even admitted to us that he believed the Bible can be boiled down to this “law of love” they keep talking about. LAW??? I offer one big convicting LOL to your LAW, Mr. Emergent!
Obviously we are not under any law. The Bible is quite clear on that. We at Discerning the World refuse to answer to anyone’s “laws” and are committed to stand up for the TRUTH and will FIGHT for it at all costs. Emergents are entrapped by the very thing our Jesus came to save us from and it is obvious in the ways they live their pathetic lives. For instance, you will often find emergents sitting and eating with all sorts of vile people like drug addicts, prostitutes, prisoners and even gay people. You will find them wasting their time building clean water wells in Africa or moving into urban gang-ridden areas to be a “presence of love and peace.” LOL! You might find them in worship services where they will let anyone in, not caring at all if they are genuine Christians or not. And rarely will you find them telling someone they know online that they are going to hell and cast them out of their site as the Bible instructs (yes, yes, yes…blah blah blah…I know. Don’t even waste your time commenting to me, a genuine Christian, about how the instructions in Scripture regarding discipline was meant for people who are actually in communion and relationship with each other. As if that even matters. What does it matter to know someone’s name and they know yours before you cast judgment on them? I mean, you don’t know my real name and I’m a genuine Christian and I judge others all the time. The word tells us to. I don’t need to go to church with you or get to know you before I discern you. If you don’t like it, well, I don’t care. Go whine to some emergent who will listen).
So, where was I? Oh, yes. The Law of Love is foolishness. Emergents will tell you that Jesus boiled the entire Bible down to love: Love God and neighbor. On this, they say, hangs the whole “story.” Ha! I think Jesus could have benefited from my discernment. He obviously didn’t know what he was talking about or how people would twist his words. I mean, if Christians really loved people and cared about others and acted humbly towards others, what sort of reputation would we have? We at Discerning the World REFUSE to be known for our love. We desire to be known for our TRUTH!
We are at war people. All is fair in love and war. So put on your armor and join me in defeating this notion of love among Emergents. We will be slaves to nothing except our own thinking!!! Amen!

About/Rules of Engagement
Thanks for dropping by! This is Discerning the World III, a site dedicated to truth and discerning things online (indeed, the entire world) which cannot be detected, and will not be detected, face to face. Why the number 3? Well, number one is too arrogant and we are anything but that. And it came to our attention during an intense discernment period that the number 2 is not fitting for any blog that claims to be genuinely Christian. Two is a number that reminds us of the followers going 2 by 2 into the ark. We refuse to be thought of as just another ass following suit. If anything we are leading the charge in the war against truth!
Therefore we decided our name would be Discerning the World THREE. Three is, after all, biblical. Noah had 3 sons (Shem, Ham and Japheth), Joseph had a dream of three baskets, Aaron was eighty-THREE and he and Moses spoke with Pharaoh, total darkness covered Egypt for 3 days in one of the plagues, women are to wait 33 days to be purified from their bleeding before they touch anything sacred, Balaam’s donkey complained of being beaten 3 times, King Saul had 3 sons, Samson “performed” in front of 3 thousand Philistines in his final act, Job had 3 daughters, Peter disowned Jesus 3 times and of course, the greatest reason we find the number 3 to be more biblical than the number 2 is because of the 3 greatest things. But to know that you have to turn to 1 Corinthians 13:13 (more 3’s!).
Rules of Engagement
Make no bones about it people, we are at war. You have entered a war zone. And wars have rules.
- Editor’s note: It occurred to us in a discernment camp meeting that listing rules may require us to abide by them. We cannot have that, as I am sure you can understand. Therefore, the rules will be kept confidential so that liars, fornicators, thieves and bakers cannot twist, distort or decorate them. This also gives us the much needed flexibility to act in our interests, protecting our truth [EDITED: please disregard last statement. That was meant to read “God’s truth” ].
- These rules are subject to change at the blog owner’s discretion.
- If you have a question about what is allowed on this blog please see rule #1.

[…] This poor soul has never felt the hate that we feel here because we tramplestand on the Truth. We undergo constant persecution on the Internet with people saying the most hateful things against us and even threatening us personally. All because we tell our Truth without compromising it by the Law of Love. […]

You might find them in worship services where they will let anyone in, not caring at all if they are genuine Christians or not.
You know, this happened at my church the other day. A guy walked in and said he “felt” to come to church, but he didn’t know Jesus and was most CERTAINLY NOT a genuine Christian. I knew this straight away because he wore BLACK with a big number TWO printed on his shirt.
Immediately I knew he was obviously a NEW AGER because he said he “felt” to come to church. I knew he MUST be a NEW AGE/THIRD WAVE teacher because of his use of such a word! That’s what “felt” means.
Felt = Feeling = sense = meditation = chakra = hinduism = new age = one world religion!
I told my pastor about it and he said that he “felt” it was OK for the guy to be there. Can you believe it!? Is my pastor succumbing to E-Mergent/New Age/One World Religion too? It’s like it’s EVERYWHERE now. But I take comfort in knowing we are in the LAST DAYS. It’s all TRUE, we know in the LAST DAYS that non-Christians will be allowed to come to church and our pastors will succumb to TICKLING EARS TEACHINGS which incorporate FEELINGS. Unbelievable!

Ryan,
It warms my heart to hear that there are people like yourself who are not fooled by the wolves in sheep’s clothing who show up at our churches [EDITED BY DTW: “our” should read “your” since I don’t want anyone to think I actually go to a church] talking about “feelings.”
Can you imagine a God who would draw all people to himself? It would be mass chaos. Everyone might not agree on the TRUTH and our holy fundamentals.
I do have a discerning word for you, however. Your pastor sounds lost. You must leave him immediately. Before you go I would suggest standing before your church and sharing your testimony as you have done here and ask all those who believe in TRUTH to leave with you. If you do not do this than I am afraid you are just as lost as he is.

DTW,
You are right. Dividing the church is the ONLY way to separate the wolfs in cheeps clothing with the true, real, genuine, and loving Christians who don’t do hideous things like REACHING OUT to others in LOVE!
We must stand for TRUTH, not LOVE!
But I must warn you too, DTW, that you are in danger of NEW AGE teachings when you say things like “it WARMS your heart”. That sounds OCCULT to me. Your heart must either be HOT or COLD, not just WARM, or else you will be SPAT out. This sounds like you are also FEELING things. It is commonly known that ancient HINDU practices involve a heart being WARMED.
You should REPENT of such a thing, DTW, and don’t be fooled by these Emergent lovey dovey people who do what the Bible SAYS. We stand for TRUTH. Otherwise I agree with EVERYTHING you’ve said.

How arrogant of you! Jesus was known as a friend of sinners to the point where people called Him a drunkard and now you don’t even allow sinners to come to church? I pray that God will open your eyes and fill your hearts with grace toward the outcasts of the world.
Comment by Graceful | July 14, 2009 |
You are a blasphemer together with those pharicees who called the Son of God a drunkard, Graceful! Jesus only tolerated those vile sinners so they could see how filthy they where bringing them to repentance before an angry God. Real Christians know this and will never sit down with the pigs of Satan like those Emergents do.
Comment by Will Farel XV | July 14, 2009 |
Amen, Will. Genuine Christians steer clear of anything that is impure and ignoble, including people who believe differently than ourselves, people who smoke, and people in the pond (if you don’t know what this means see my last proverb to Iggy. Those who have ears to hear, hear).

“Jesus boiled the entire Bible”
What a load of piss. I heard he sauted it in ground nut oil. Get your friggen facts straight, cause if you don’t you know where you are headed …. it’s not the fridge.

Cabbage,
You have been exposed. To “saute” something is a French (or maybe Eastern) practice, something our Lord would never be confused with. We all know what sort of people the French and Eastern mystics are. I never saute anything. I hope you enjoy hot ovens.

Once aqgain the false prophets are abusing the “LAW” card. Keep up the good work. The false prophets are everywhere and need to be exposed.
